The Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe will be celebrated on Thursday, December 12, 2024

This special Feast celebrates the apparition of the appearance of the Blessed Virgin Mary to (now) Saint Juan Diego outside of Mexico City in 1531.  Pope John Paul II confirmed the validity of this revelation and declared Our Lady of Guadalupe to be the Patroness of all the Americas.
This feast is a holy day of obligation in the country of Mexico, and Our Lady of Guadalupe is highly honored in that country.

We celebrate this feast on Thursday, December 12.  The feast day celebrations are as follows:

8:00 a.m.     Rosary
8:30 a.m.     Mass
