Steubenville Lone Star is a Life Teen hosted conference that is much more than just another youth rally. Through an energetic and welcoming atmosphere, this conferences aims to lead the young church into a life-changing experience with the love of God. Attending this conference will bring your teens face to face with the relevant proclamation of the Gospel, authentic moments of worship and prayer, and above all, a tangible encounter with Christ in the Sacraments.
Summer Camp put on by the parishes and Youth Ministries of our Deanery. The camp will be held at the "United" Carolina Christian Camp near Huntsville, Texas. This is the first year for this new format for Summer Camp. Spiritual growth while having fun! The camp offers a full experience in 4 days’ time. There are separate camps for both Junior High and High School youth.
Mission is week-long service experience for our high-school youth in the Texas Rio Grande valley. The week is dedicated to ministering to the under-served families of a parish in the valley. Participants will deepen their relationship with God, others, and themselves as they live out God’s call to serve! The youth lead and put on a Vacation Bible School in the mornings, contribute to work projects at homes in the afternoon, and participate in praise & worship in the evenings.
AYC is a weekend gathering, in Houston, of youth called together by His Eminence Daniel Cardinal DiNardo, Archbishop of Galveston-Houston, for a time of fellowship, prayer, and growth as disciples of Jesus Christ. AYC 's primary focus is to rejuvenate the faith life of our youth, to help them get serious about life in Christ and His Church, and to learn the truth of the Gospel.
